These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CalTracker AI application (the "App") provided by THE ALCHEMIST CODE LTD. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.
2. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, reverse‑engineer, or interfere with the App or its security.
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- The App offers optional auto‑renewable subscriptions ("CalTracker Premium").
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
4. AI & Estimates
AI features provide automated estimates that may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
5. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE ALCHEMIST CODE LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
